Thermoremix.ai (hereinafter “the Service”) is published and operated by Un Interlude, a simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder (SASU) registered under SIREN 880 245 931. 2. Service Description
The Service allows users to adapt classic cooking recipes into recipes suitable for Thermomix® food processors (models TM5, TM6, TM7, TM31). Adaptations are automatically generated from text, a URL, a photo, or a description provided by the user, and remain indicative. The user remains responsible for the final verification of steps, temperatures, durations, and food safety before and during cooking.
3. User Account
Registration is open to anyone aged 16 or over, or of any age with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The user agrees to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their password.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of breach of these T&Cs, fraudulent use, abusive behavior towards the service or other users, or non-compliance with applicable laws.
4. Subscriptions and pricing
The Service is offered in three plans: Discovery (free, 3 adaptations and 3 sends to your Thermomix per month), Solo (from $4.16/month annually or $4.99/month monthly) and Duo (from $5.83/month annually or $6.99/month monthly). Prices shown include VAT.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their term. The user can cancel them at any time from their personal space or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, without penalty.

5. Payment and security
Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. No banking data (card number, CVV) is stored on our servers. Stripe may, if you reside outside the Eurozone, convert your payment into your local currency at the current exchange rate.
6. Intellectual property
You retain full rights to the content you provide (recipes, photos, texts). By submitting them to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, free, and time-limited license, strictly necessary for the adaptation and storage of your adapted recipe in your personal space.
The application itself (code, design, graphic charter, "Thermoremix", "Thermoremix.ai" brands) remains the exclusive property of Un Interlude. Any reproduction or use outside of a private setting is prohibited without prior written authorization.
7. Limitation of liability
Adapted recipes are generated by an automatic analysis system and constitute an adaptation aid, not a prescription. We cannot guarantee the absence of errors in the temperatures, durations, quantities, or sequences proposed. It is up to the user to validate each step before execution, to take into account their own constraints (allergies, intolerances, diet, equipment), and to respect the safety instructions of their food processor.
To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (data loss, loss of earnings, burns, poisoning, deterioration of food or appliances) resulting from the use of the Service.
8. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details the data collected, its purpose, its retention period, and the rights you can exercise under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
9. Modification of terms
We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs. In case of substantial modification, you will be informed by email at least 30 days before their entry into force. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after this date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first by direct contact at hello@thermoremix.com.
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer can freely resort to a consumer mediator (economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso) or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Failing an amicable agreement, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
