Sticky Sausages

Place 1 garlic clove in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 seconds / speed 7. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl with the spatula.

Add 1/2 cup ginger marmalade, 3 tbs soy sauce and 2 tbs wholegrain mustard to the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 seconds / speed 3.

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place 1 kg sausages in a baking dish. Pour the prepared sauce from the mixing bowl over the sausages, ensuring they are well coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, turning occasionally until sticky and golden brown.

Serve the sticky sausages immediately with your choice of vegetables.
